Service description

NOTAM History provides archived NOTAM retrieval by ICAO aerodrome or FIR location and historical validity date, with optional NOTAM number filtering. Results are delivered electronically, typically by email, in ICAO plain-text format sourced from third-party archive APIs.

The Service is intended for documentation, investigation, legal analysis, insurance review, safety audit, and similar professional retrospective use. It is not for operational pre-flight briefing or as a substitute for FAA NOTAM Search, Eurocontrol briefing, EFB applications, or operator-approved dispatch releases.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate email and payment information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, attempts to scrape or resell archive output commercially without permission, or violation of these terms.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Prices displayed at checkout govern: €9.99 one-off search, €29.99 per year subscription including ten archive searches per billing year, and €29.99 top-up packs for additional searches. Prices may change for future purchases; existing paid periods remain as purchased.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew annually until cancelled via the Billing portal in My account. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Digital delivery begins immediately upon successful payment.

Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case via Contact. We may decline refunds where archive results were successfully delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Archive data disclaimer

Archive data is provided "as is" from third-party sources. Coverage varies by location and date; approximately two years of depth is available where supported. No result may be returned if the archive lacks a snapshot for your parameters.

You are responsible for verifying information before operational or legal decisions. NOTAM History does not warrant completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular legal outcome. Primary authority records may be required in formal proceedings.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, interfere with infrastructure, or misrepresent affiliation with NOTAM History. Automated bulk querying beyond normal subscription use may be restricted.

Archive output is for your professional use in connection with the search you purchased. Systematic redistribution as a competing NOTAM briefing or archive product without written permission is prohibited.

Intellectual property

The NOTAM History website, branding, and software are our property or licensed to us. NOTAM text is official aeronautical information; your paid search grants access to archive results for your use, not ownership of underlying data feeds.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOTAM History and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service or reliance on archive results.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific search or subscription period giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnity, governing law, and contact

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOTAM History from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct where such exclusion is not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law. We may modify these terms by posting updates on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted.
